Submitting a request through the Site does not create any obligation on our part or on the part of any contractor. We make no guarantee that any contractor will contact you, accept your project, be available in your timeframe, quote any particular price, or achieve any particular outcome.

Any pricing, estimate, scope of work, schedule, warranty or guarantee is offered by the contractor directly to you and forms an agreement between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that agreement.

You are responsible for verifying a contractor's qualifications, licensing status, insurance coverage, references and terms before engaging them, and for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any work proposed.

Content on the Site, including material describing soil conditions, seasonal movement, symptoms, services and cost drivers, is general information about the Navarro County market. You acknowledge that any dispute regarding work performed, workmanship, damage, pricing, scheduling, licensing or insurance is between you and the contractor, and you agree to pursue such matters directly with that contractor.
